Why IR?
Interventional radiology (IR) offers highly effective, minimally invasive interventions that allow patients to avoid surgery when possible. Interventional radiologists use advanced medical imaging and tiny, pin-hole incisions to diagnose and treat vascular issues with extreme precision.
IR and vascular surgery often work together — if a minimally invasive approach can work, we start there. These image-guided techniques allow patients to receive treatment quickly, comfortably, and with minimal interruption to their daily lives.
