CONDITION

Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD)

Peripheral Arterial Disease occurs when the arteries that supply blood to the legs become narrowed or blocked due to plaque buildup. This reduced blood flow can cause leg pain when walking, cramping, numbness, or slow-healing wounds in the feet or legs.

PAD is common in people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or a history of smoking. Early diagnosis and treatment can help improve circulation, relieve symptoms, and prevent more serious complications.

This condition is often treated by angiogram and angioplasty.

Symptoms

Leg pain while walking, cramping or fatigue in the legs, slow-healing wounds on the feet or toes.

How We Treat It

We treat PAD with minimally invasive angioplasty, opening blocked arteries to restore blood flow, relieve pain, and improve mobility — all without major surgery.
